Located in Asbury Park’s Post Building, one of the region’s most beautiful and historic structures built in 1885, FISH Urban Dining has quickly attracted the attention of both local and regional audiences seeking unmatched quality, superior service and can’t-wait-to-return dining experiences. Well known Executive Chef, Michael Haimowitz has created a creative menu featuring the freshest seafood and seasonal, sustainable and locally grown foods. Chef Haimowitz is a Culinary Institute of America honors graduate with a history of progressive assignments with some of the New York area’s finest restaurants. Whether
dinner for two, a visit to the raw bar, Happy Hour drinks/appetizers after work or private dining in the former bank’s “Vault Room”, FISH ensures a terrific experience. FISH is owned, managed and operated by the husband and wife team of Jim and Karen DeGilio, both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, with deep backgrounds in the restaurant industry. The restaurant is located in Asbury Park at 601 Mattison Avenue and the hours are Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM 11:00 PM, Friday-Saturday 11:30 AM-12:00 and Sunday from 11:30 AM-11 PM.
